如今，经过深刻反省、自我咎责。我深深地感到自己所犯错误的严重性，给吴同事造成了这么大的伤害，给公司良好氛围造成极其大的影响。

现在我做如下检讨：

第一，我感情生活方面的挫败情绪带入工作当中，这是缺乏自我控制力的表现，我深感自身的不足。

第二，借助酒劲就肆意伤害同事，这是对他人人身权益的严重侵犯，是大大地违纪违法。

第三，危机意识欠缺，原先倘若我预先设想，坚决拒绝参加聚会，虽然可能会扫同事的兴致，却不会发生此类严重的事件。
