虽然我没有像语文书第一课的作者那样的窃读经历，但是我却有在家里另类的窃读经历。
二年级时，在书城，我看见了一套儿童武侠小说——《虹猫蓝兔七侠传》，随便翻一翻，便被迷住了。先买了三卷，回家一口气读完，勇敢正义、足智多谋的虹猫，武艺超群、貌若天仙的蓝兔，邪恶的 魔教教主黑心虎，太吸引我了，又买了三卷，偷偷藏在书桌放键盘的活动抽屉下，每次写作业的时候，趁外婆不在身边，拉开活动板，偷偷地看，一听到外婆的脚步，就迅速把抽屉推上去，埋头写作业 ，等外婆走了，再接着看，居然不知不觉又读完了，只好央求妈妈允许我把剩下的两卷买回来。妈妈一向支持我读书，只是从来没见我过我如此迷恋过书的，可能是为了激发我的读书兴趣吧，她十分爽 快地同意了，而且还主动陪我去书城，索性买齐了八卷，看完大结局才觉得过瘾。
后来这种窃读方式还是被精明的老妈识破了，痛斥了我一顿之后，告诉我读书是光明正大的事，不需要如此偷偷摸摸的，但前提是必须先完成作业。
再后来居然是老妈从当当网上开始帮我一本一本的买小说看，三年级不知什么时候，我又迷上了哈利波特，老妈先买了《哈利波特与魔法石》、《哈利波特与密室》，接着是《哈利波特与火焰杯》、《 哈利波特与凤凰社》，最后是《哈利波特与混血王子》、《哈利波特与死亡圣器》，反正是妈妈看得比我还快还着迷，有时候还跟我热烈讨论一下故事里面的人物和情节，不消分说，我最喜爱的人是哈 利，最崇拜的人是邓不利多，而我经常会用伏地魔作网名，作为虚拟世界里食死徒们的精神领袖，哈哈，吓唬一下别人。

在书的陪伴下，我渐渐退却青涩，渐渐成长;在书的哺育下，我视野不断扩展，羽化心灵。有时会有很特别的感觉，有了书，我的生活是那样的多姿多彩，沉醉与大千世界并有诸多向往。
曾经记得有个女作家说过，爱读书的孩子学不坏。爱读书的女孩子，更温和并具有内涵。从我自己的感受看，的确如此，在书海中徜徉，被书滋润过的女孩，不但更富灵动气质，而且，在待人接物、为人处事方面，更有好的人缘，惹人喜爱。
刚开始读书的时候，由于客观原因，课外书的资料比较少，并没有一定的方向和目标，也还没有自己特别喜好的类型，只是，拿来就看，广泛涉猎。言情小说、侦探小说、漫画图书、世界名著等。
这样的阶段，一度保持了很长时间。虽然并没有因此帮助学业，但是，确使自己的眼界和心志开阔不少。
读好书，做好人。这是一个期许，也是一个人生追求的目标。但是不是只要爱读书就有帮助呢?是书就是好书么?答案并非肯定的限制。也许著名作家李傲说过的话，可以对此做直白的解释，他曾说，受客观因素影响，人很难做到行万里路，实现自己的抱负。但，任何人都可以读万卷书，在书中找到自己心灵的港湾。他告诉我们，书是朋友又是助手，运用好了，书还是大家走向成功的催化剂。作为知识的载体，书没有多少是坏的，关键看抱着什么样的心态去读，怎么去汲取和受用。位置放对了，读的书自然就是好书了。做好人，不是读书人的专利，是社会的道德要求。但，读了书的人，有了丰富的知识源泉，也就顺理成章，成为人生的一个追求目标。
