1、你是谁,我们怎么找到你?

我看过一些应聘者的简历,发现有的人在简历上都没有留下自己的联系方法(邮箱、电话、QQ),或者有时打电话过去都不接。面试官即使对他感兴趣,都无法找到他。一家公司对候选人的电面机会只会有一次,一般会是在周一~周五工作日,建议真心诚意找工作的朋友不要错过投简历期间的电话,如果错过了可能机会会是别人的。除非候选人的简历内容特别优秀,让面试官惦记在心。

有的应届生会在简历右上角放上自己的证件照照片。对于面试官而言,长相好看并且单身的帅哥美女确实会有加印象分的作用。在同等能力水平情况下面试官肯定会更倾向于选择一个至少表面上看起来阳光大气的同事。不过长得不帅且非单身也不要紧,毕竟能力还是放在第一位。

简单扼要地说明自己的优势与特点能够帮助面试官节省很多时间的方法,尽量用一些中性词客观。(PS:当然前提是一定要实事求是,简历造假是价值观及诚信问题,不在讨论之列。)不要担心给自己贴标签会导致面试官觉得浮夸。实际上不同岗位特点也会对人的性格爱好特点有相应的要求,没有优劣之分。譬如销售及运营岗位期望的候选人是能说会道、能来事儿的;开发则是安静且执行力高的;产品经理则是逻辑清晰、对工作与生活节奏把控能力强的。

自我介绍一栏,也要写清楚自己想要应聘的岗位。如果想得清楚,再写写你未来想要成为什么样子的人,你的榜样是谁。但不切记不要拍面试官马屁,同上所述,简历中有任何虚假成分是红线,被查出来会是一票否决。

2、你的经历?

如果把简历比作是一篇论文的话,前半段主要是简单介绍自己,相当于论点。后半段占用篇幅较大的则是你的经历,怎么说服别人相信你拥有符合这个岗位的能力或至少具备潜力。如何证明你比别人优秀。

经历一般分为实习与工作,其实两者差别并不大。在实际筛选简历时,面试官更感兴趣的是你实际做了什么,学到了什么。我曾经看过有的人写了一堆经历但是实际上看起来像是干巴巴的流水账。你也不必要把所有的事情都列出来。只需要列能够为论证“你符合这个岗位”加分的事项即可。

写简历的人心里要有一把尺,来清晰地想清楚自己的经历中,哪些事情是可以给自己加分,哪些事情给自己减分,而哪些事情是与这份工作无关的。简历的篇幅有限,因此建议把机会留给能给自己加分的事情,多提自己的亮点。简历里不要太坦诚地提一些给自己减分的事情,即使要忏悔也应该留到后续简历通过的面试阶段,用一种“聪明”的方式说出来。在那时你才有充分的时间解释你的心理路程和你的失败与教训。对于不加分也不减分无关事情,可以不填就不填。

3、你未来想要做什么?

关于你未来的中长期规划,即使你不在简历中表现,面试官在面试的时候也会问你。这对于没有工作经验的应届生而言,或许是一个很难回答的问题。曾经听过一个比喻是说现在中国的大学都是一个批量生产产品的工厂,造出来的都是白纸。我们理解这个肯定是很难回答的问题。工作未满3年,这个问题可能因视野的局限,很难回答。

聪明的应届生会提前做一些功课,关注行业内大咖的一些博客或微博(如安全乐谷)以初步了解自己未来的行业。一定要选择自己真正喜欢的行业,有延续性的事业不管是对自己还是对招聘公司都是有帮助的。一般大公司前3个月对应届生的投入产出是负的。(即培训你、教你东西并付给你工资的成本远大于你为公司所创造的)

如果你实在说不准,也可以聊聊你所喜欢的工作内容与工作状态。尽量不要表现出你的不稳定性,譬如未来1年内可能辞职回老家结婚、辞职生孩子什么的。面试企业不喜欢频繁跳槽或不稳定的应聘员工。有些企业会设有闻味官,主要在不经意期间问一些问题,譬如你的成长经历,其主要目的是看你的性格,公司是否hold得住。公司想要实事求是、踏实能干、能解决问题的人,而不喜欢浮夸,不切实际的。

4、关于简历的其他重要而零散事情

文章的最后,我还想谈谈关于简历之外的其他事情。整体简历篇幅应该控制在1页A4纸。如果采用邮箱发送方式,发给面试官附件最好是带pdf + doc,并且邮件正文中也贴简历内容。这样的好处主要是提高阅读邮件者的体验和效率,且提供附件是为了方便后续面试时面试官打印资料。字体最好用微软雅黑。对于自己特别优秀的地方,可以加黑突出。这样面试官才不容易漏过你的亮点。
